Stanpade!!

The year is 20XX in Tsuchiura City, Ibaraki Prefecture. In this city where the surface of the Kasumigaura River gently undulates, one of Japan's most militant armed groups, the “New Exclusionist Society,” appears. They occupy a bank and declare a massacre of hostages. The citizens are helpless in the face of this unreasonable violence. The three men who are fighting back are Museki Mugo, a righteous man whose name is no less than that of the Tsuchiura Police Department's “Suicide Attack Section,” Eita Sakimori, a windbag gangster, and Natsuki Tamimori, an ordinary man with an unworthy destiny. For the sake of the “justice” they believe in, a hero show full of quirky characters is about to begin! (Source : Kodansha, translated)
