SINOPSISEN
Mitsui, a typical high schooler, is part of a vigilante group going by the name "Spinner Bait," disguising itself as an ordinary fishing club. The order of hierarchy within the group is based on points earned by cracking down on crime, what will happen to Mitsui, who has yet to earn a single point. (Source: Gentosha, translated)
