Ookamisou no Ijirare Usagi

Mimi has become the manager of Okamiso in place of her late grandfather. It was formerly a place of memories where her first boyfriend, Toma, had lived. But the new tenant is a super beast who gets down and dirty with any girl he invites over! Since the day he pounced on her, he's made Mimi's inexperienced and innocent body dripping wet... Originally titled Maison ♂ Kedamono no Midara na Kanrinin but later changed the title after being collated into a volume. (Source: Renta!)
