Danna no Fan ni Korosareta Mob Seijo wa, Gendai Meshi de Flag wo Heshiorimasu

On her wedding day, Lily Fujimiya is stabbed by her husband's obsessive fan. Just as she thinks her life is over, she awakens as a younger version of herself! Determined to avoid the doomed marriage that once led to her death, Lily hatches a plan: curry the favor of potential brides for her (hopefully) ex-husband instead. But there's a bit of a problem...this "ex" for some reason is far more affectionate towards her than she remembers?! An isekai about a despised saint on the run, the cold-hearted knight chasing after her, and the modern Japanese cooking simmering in the middle of this chaotic love story! (Source: Manga UP! Global)
